Every situation is different. That is why we begin with a free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory conversation. We discuss your challenge and explore whether and how I can help.
Working together and fees
The introductory call lasts 30 minutes and is free with no obligation. Individual sessions cost €200 per hour (60 minutes). For longer-term support or larger assignments, we agree the scope and fees individually in advance. You can then decide at your own pace whether you would like to work together.
All stated fees exclude applicable VAT.

When the future of our electrical business with ten employees was uncertain after a death in the family, I took responsibility. We developed the business strategically towards modern building services. I learned first-hand how business decisions affect employees, customers and family.
At the same time, I spent 45 years in an international energy group, taking on a range of leadership roles and responsibility for major projects. So I know the complexity of large organizations as well as the reality of a small business.
Together with Andrea Stix, I developed FELiX dementia support. We saw a gap in the market and, from the website to the offering, shaped it into a modern consulting company that supports families online across the German-speaking region and in person in Vienna and Lower Austria. I hold a stake in it because I believed in its success and because helping families is meaningful. To this day I help shape the business as an entrepreneur, which gives me great joy.
I have had mentors myself and have supported other people. I learned the most when I had to leave my comfort zone. For me, experience does not mean having an answer to everything. It helps me ask better questions, recognize connections and keep a clear head under pressure.
Today I share that experience: directly, empathetically, pragmatically and sometimes with humour, as a partner on equal terms.

Provova stands for a new way to good decisions. “Prove” (to substantiate) and “nova” (new) stand for clarity that rests on facts. That applies to our analysis just as much as to personal guidance: you decide with a clear head and know why.
What does personal sparring mean at Provova?
We talk openly about your situation, challenge assumptions and develop perspectives and concrete next steps. Depending on the issue, I contribute experience, questions or analysis. The decision remains yours.
Does Provova also help with introducing AI?
Yes, with the decision and the planning: together we clarify where AI helps in your business and where it does not, and plan a small, measurable start. We do not promise savings. For the technical implementation we bring in specialist partners where needed.
Is Provova only meant for improving websites?
